Description Changing the culture of jobseekers, which is based on the fact that government work is an acquired right for every citizen. Preparing jobseekers to go to the private sector through educational campaigns, legislative changes and training courses. Increasing the participation of women in the labor force. Increasing opportunities available to them through the nationalization of women's jobs with appropriate rehabilitation. Activating telecommuting, and increasing their participation in leadership positions.

Description Ensuring the improvement of Ministry clients' satisfaction, and raising the level of job engagement, and improving the performance of public sector employees through enhancing the customer experience.The initiative is a clear business model that allows the private sector to invest in the operation of supporting services or some of them for agreed fees, so that each entity will bear the costs of the actual service required by the entity and its employees.

Human Capital Performance Improvement Program
Description The aim of this initiative is to update the civil service classification guide, develop the civil service system and its executive regulations, and develop the mechanisms of planning the general job in terms of creating, modifying, transferring and modulating jobs. In addition to that, this initiative aims to plan work force and determine the gap between supply and demand in the civil service. It also aims to develop and apply the governance principles on the boards of public institutions, authorities, and funds in line with the aspirations of the Leadership and measures taken including strategic and structural changes to develop the system of the government authority, and improve the efficiency of its performance.

One of the obstacles to increase productivity in the government sector is due to the failure to link salaries and compensation and its disparity with the job performance and the work type and its requirements.

Accordingly, this initiative is important to study ways to create a fair salary system that stimulates superior performance and increases justice in salaries and allowances.

Increase HR performance in the civil service by assessing their abilities and skills and identifying their developmental needs in order to increase the productivity and performance of the government sector.

Goal-related Initiatives Establishment of Civil Service Information Center
Description

Establish a unified center including all information and data of the civil service, and provides integrated, interrelated and interactive electronic services for all the needs and services of the Ministry of Civil Service.
