The integrated government program is a quantum leap in the process of delivering services provided by government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This program aims to achieve integration of all government services within a unified framework to make these government services and information available through the portal to all beneficiaries of individuals and institutions. In order to achieve the standardization of government regulations, it is necessary to provide the necessary human and material resources and infrastructure, and to coordinate and cooperate among specialists in various government entities.
The Government's integrated program is one of the most important programs that support Kingdom's 2030 vision through using ICTs to achieve a number of objectives, such as encouraging innovation and increasing individual's culture through their association with information technology, which contributes significantly to improving the quality and productivity of human resources in the Kingdom and their functional capabilities.
The e-Government Program "Yesser" supports the integrated government goal by coordinating and linking various government agencies, and activating the exchange of shared government data between the authorized agencies to use such data to provide its government services electronically in a precise, fast and secure manner through the secure government network and the Government Service Bus (GSB).
