Statistics Results of user satisfaction for e-services


​​​​There is no doubt that customer satisfaction is the key to success. Therefore, the Ministry of Civil Service is keen to explore the opinion of its customers about all of its services, including electronic services where the views of beneficiaries are taken into account in quality or improvement aspects, which helps to develop and upgrade the level of services provided by the Ministry. For that, the ministry is keen to adopt a culture of surveying the votes of the beneficiaries, which is greatly important to the ministry, and is publishing the results of these surveys in order to ach​ieve transparency.
