King Salman Program for Development of Human Resources

The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud approved to launch “King Salman Program for Human Resources Development” out of the leaderships keenness to raise the performance quality and the productivity of human resources in the kingdom, developing their functional abilities, and preparing and developing the leaders. The royal approval included assigning the Ministry of Civil Service to set the standers and the mechanism of implementing the program in order to achieve its orientations and goals.

This program will review the systems and regulations thoroughly and accurately. Moreover, it will create an administrative environment in kingdom in order to transfer the concept of Personnel Affairs into Human Resources. In addition, the program will provide the qualified manpower to perform the tasks entrusted to them, restudy the organizational structures, forms, and procedures in government entities, and create specialized administrations in the effective HR.

The program includes opportunities for functional training and developing for employees, performance management and development, training and guidance, spiritual and emotional support, talents management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
