    Service Description

    This service is provided to employees through the Ministry's portal, as well as smart devices in order to enable the working civil service staff in government agencies to inquire about the current career status using the Ministry of Civil Service databases to ensure its accuracy. Through the service, the employee's data, qualifications and job transactions can be viewed after entering the employee ID number, date of birth, and the government agency thereof. This service also provides the possibility of communicating with beneficiaries to introduce the latest developments in the civil service through SMS and email messages.

    How to Use the Service
      1. Access to the service through its specific link;
      2. Sign up for the service or sign in if having an account;
      3. Complete all required communication and verification data;
      4. View the available data on the employee according to the Ministry of Civil Service records.​

    • Working hours: Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM to 3 PM

    Troubleshooting Guide
    The Ministry of Civil Service provides all its electronic services in clear and smooth procedures and steps, that are explained in the User Manual and through the instructions within each service. When using the service, the user may take wrong actions or procedures, and if it happens, an error message will be displayed to guide the user to the correct procedure to complete the use of the service.
