Service Level Agreement
The Ministry of Civil Service confirms its keenness to achieve customer satisfaction by providing the services of the external portal at all times. We provide below a list of electronic services in addition to the time of service delivery. This time does not include the time of providing any remaining information or documents from client side, or any additional time needed to process transactions by third parties, such as other government agencies in the event that the nature of the transactions required it. Customers must comply with the terms and conditions of each service as described in the user guide of each service.
Support and Assistance
The portal has a public help and support section. This section provides all the help needed by visitors of the Ministry of Civil Service’s portal. Readable content and media materials are provided in various formats, as well as detailed information and links to some forms of assistance such as: frequently asked questions, ease of use, smart phones applications, channels for inquiries and complaints, etc. For more information, please visit the ( Help & Support ) page.
Privacy and Confidentiality of Information
The Ministry of Civil Service represented by the Digital Transformation Agency is keen to adhere to the approved methodologies related to the privacy of citizens information. The privacy policy explains how to collect and process personal information when applying for announced jobs, updating job information, or using any of the Ministry's platforms, whether through the website or smart phones.
